As our new Talent Management Specialist you'll help us to source the talent we need through the design of inspiring talent acquisition campaigns. You'll also work to strengthen our approaches to talent management helping our employees to delivery highperformance and see career progression possibilities within Southdown and beyond.
  • Working in a multidisciplinary and psychologically informed way this varied role requires you to be an experienced and knowledgeable talent acquisition and talent management professional. You will be able to design and embed practical and proportionate solutions as part of a small Organisational Design and Development Team.
