Due to our continuous expansion,
we are currently recruiting for an Administrator to assist our Contracts Team in our Gamlingay Depot, Bedfordshire

Duties:


  • Analyse and enter information sent from our site staff onto various spreadsheets & systems.
  • Chase site staff for any missing paperwork.
  • Complete Reports of Thorough Examination when machines are handed over on site.
  • Assist with our design process by liaising between our Designers, Contracts Managers, Clients and Operations.
  • Complete detailed notes for weekly meetings for the Contracts Manager you will be supporting.
  • General office support including telephone cover, accepting deliveries, printing, scanning, laminating and filing.
  • Covering colleagues when they are absent from the office.
  • Organise flights & hotels.
  • Adhoc duties assigned by management.
  • Will have good problem solving ability with ability to use initiative and common sense
  • Numerate, accurate with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Selfmotivated and flexible with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels verbal and written with a clear telephone manner
  • Strong organisation, time management and administration skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workloads
  • Good attention to detail

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
