Lighthouse Hotel Management are recruiting for the exciting role of
Food & Beverage Supervisor at the
New Opening The Halyard, Rope Walks Liverpool. Reporting into the Restaurant & Bars Manager, you will be responsible for Assistsing in managing the smooth operation of the Hotel Restaurant & Bar. Ensuring that all brand standards are adhered to and that excellent standards of customer service are delivered.
What Are We Looking For?
Key responsibilities of our Food & Beverage Supervisor:
- To maintain Food & Beverage standards of performance across the department according to Company SOP Manual
- To ensure the department is adequately staffed in line with business levels.
- To ensure that our guests are served efficiently with quality food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere and receive the highest possible standard of care
- To maintain effective communication with the Kitchen and other F and B departments
- To maximise revenue generated through selling techniques and good control procedures
- To assist with and monitor departmental training and coaching
Skills & Experience expected of our Food & Beverage Supervisor:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, cando approach
- Exceptional team playing skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great leadership qualities
- Food and beverage experience preferred
