    Marketing Manager Role

    We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our 25 strong Marketing, Communications and BD (MCBD) team. The MCBD team provides national and local MCBD support to Carter Jonas - one of the most well-regarded names in the property business.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for driving marketing activity for Rural, Infrastructure and Planning & Development teams. This is a fast-paced role that would suit someone with professional services marketing experience looking to take the next step in their career.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with firm goals.
    • Project manage key marketing initiatives from start to finish, defining objectives and performance measures of projects.
    • Elevate the firm's brand image through consistent and impactful messaging.
    • Manage key events across the UK, both hosted and those run by third parties.
    • Work closely with the research team to conduct market analysis and provide insights for marketing strategies.

    Requirements:

    You will have demonstrable professional services and/or real estate marketing experience. You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels across the firm.

    You will be passionate and ambitious, looking to create and generate impact within the MCBD team and wider firm.
