Description

Our client, a leading name in the manufacturing and design industry, are looking for a Service Sale Co-ordinator to join their Administraition team based in Liverpool.


As a member of the Administration Team, this role involves overseeing the organisation of their operations at various sites, as well as supporting Managers and Engineer requirements.


Responsibilties:


  • Assist General Manager with daily tasks: vehicle hires, insurance, incident reporting.
  • Record jobs, communicate customer requests, and coordinate engineer assignments.
  • Ensure timely communication between engineers, customers, and helpdesk regarding site attendance.
  • Manage job sheets, costs, and closures.
  • Handle customer and supplier inquiries about invoices and job statuses.
  • Obtain and track purchase order numbers from customers before work commencement.
  • Follow up with customers for approval and maintain accurate records.
  • Update recommendations folder and ensure compliance with regulations and customer specifications.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
