Capabilitea Tearooms is a quirky tea and coffee shop located within the lovely Trentham Shopping Village._
-
We are looking for a catering assistant Team Leader ready to step into a role in our kitchen, you will be passionate with experience, be willing to work hard and have a passion for customer service and team work._
-
We prepare and cook all our dishes from scratch, the same goes for all our barista standard coffees._
-
You will be literate, competent and comfortable with a till and cashing up procedure._

You will naturally be:_

- _
Friendly, approachable and able to build both team and customer rapport, whilst remaining calm under pressure._
- _
Full of passion and enthusiasm for customer satisfaction through excellent service._
- _
Must have an understanding of health and safety & food hygiene procedures._
- _
Organised, hard-working and able to multi-task / work in various roles i.e. taking customer orders, completing cleaning duties, barista work etc_
- _
Hold a food hygiene certificate._
- _
It is essential that you can work weekdays as well as weekend days._
- _

£7.49-£10.42 per hour
