    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support the learning of pupils with special educational needs.

    • The role involves supporting pupils across various age groups, from EYFS to KS1.
    • Pupils may have complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, SLD, and MLD.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing individualized support to pupils with complex needs.
    • Assisting in the planning and delivery of learning activities.
    • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistency and continuity.

    Requirements:
