We're looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join a Global Manufacturing Company to help drive major brand campaigns.

You'll be responsible for delivering fully integrated Marketing strategies to improve the customer experience, working closely with the productand sales team.

Whilst reporting directly to the Global Chief Marketing Officer, you'll lead a small team to implement major marketing campaigns. This role requires someone who has a passion for creativity and is confident in collaborating with global stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

Take ownership over significant Marketing campaigns focusing on the brand portfolio.
Report directly to the CMO and collaborate with internal teams to take strategies to market.
Play a major part in the Global Commercial Team to deliver integrated marketing strategies and Lead a growing team of 8 UK based junior experts.
Be creative in your leadership style to lead the marketing team and work closely with global stakeholders to deliver sales and marketing packages.
Write and oversee content for exhibitions and PR.
Identify key audiences to deliver creative Marketing campaigns.

What experience you'll need to apply:

Experience in a Marketing Manager position or similar.
B2B experience in Marketing and experience in B2B manufacturing, machine line builders, machine integrator, Technology, High Tech, or Engineering sector experience or similar is desirable.
Knowledge in several digital channels such as Demand Gen, Channel and Partner Marketing, CRM and Social Media.
Experience in Content Marketing for storytelling, PR and exhibitions.
You are an analytical and data driven person, and able to keep uptodate with the marketing trends.
