LADbible Group is a vibrant and creative studio dedicated to producing high-quality content in the social media industry. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Studio Production Assistant to join our collaborative team.

This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in studio production to contribute to the success of our projects.


As a Junior Studio Production Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the studio production team in various aspects of content creation, working closely with the Production Co-ordinator and Producers.

This position is ideal for someone with a keen interest in the behind-the-scenes operations of a studio and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic production environment.


What will you be doing?

Assisting in Set Preparation:


  • Collaborate with the production team to set up and organise studio spaces.
  • Arrange and maintain props, equipment, and set decorations.
  • Assist with lighting and camera setup as needed.

Support Talent and Crew:


  • Assist in coordinating talent and crew schedules.
  • Ensure talent and crew have the necessary resources and information.
  • Provide assistance during filming, including managing props and handling logistics

Equipment Management:


  • Assist in the maintenance and organisation of production equipment.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for equipment setup and troubleshooting.
  • Keep an inventory of studio equipment and report any issues.

Production Logistics:


  • Work with the Production Coordinator to complete risk assessments, participant release forms, call sheets for shoots
  • Assist in managing production schedules and timelines.
  • Help in the execution of onset logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Administrative Support:


  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry.
  • Aid in the preparation of production reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or degree in film, media, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Enthusiasm for studio production and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of film production equipment and terminology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced and creative environment.
