    About the Role

    We're looking for a Marketing Procurement Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Procurement in delivering our Group Procurement Marketing Strategy. You'll be responsible for maximising value from third-party spend, driving cost reduction, and improving supplier performance management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Head of Procurement in implementing a marketing strategy, including annual category plans and roadmaps.
    • Lead sourcing strategy, selection, contract negotiation, and execution with suppliers.
    • Implement projects to deliver savings and mitigate risks, owning key procurement metrics.
    • Identify opportunities to generate efficiencies, improve costs, and revenue through new or preferred suppliers.
    • Build strategic relationships with stakeholders to understand business requirements and create value.

    Requirements

    • Extensive marketing experience with strong understanding of procurement, category planning, and managing marketing stakeholders.
    • Negotiation and contract cycle management expertise with influence across various stakeholders.
    • Commercial expertise and critical analysis skills to drive business improvement opportunities.
    • Business partnering experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and handle ambiguity.
