We are currently recruiting for a Guest Experience Ambassador
to join our Central Reservations Team at Edwardian Hotels London.

Overview:

An Amazing opportunity has arisen to join Edwardian Hotels as a Guest Experience Ambassador.
The Guest Experience Ambassador will be the key point of contact, communicator, and executive voice in customer journey.
The role of Guest Experience Ambassador uses crossfunctional knowledge and works closely with all departments in the hotel with the sole purpose of delivering bespoke service at all times.
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards and exceeding guest expectations.

About You:

Previous experience either within hotel guest relations or reception within a 4 or 5 Star Hotel.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
Proficient in spoken in spoken and written English and ideally additional languages
