PROCUREMENT TRAINEE TRAINER
If you have CIPS level 4 or above do you recall times when you didn't understand the course material? Did you have occasions where you began to have second doubts?

That could now be you helping new CIPS students in your capacity of as a
Procurement Trainer Trainee.

As a
Procurement Trainee Trainer you'd be working for a training provider who are accredited by CIPS to deliver their training programmes.

In the UK, there is a large drop out of students who start the course but don't complete.

This innovative training provider has dramatically reduced the drop out rate by providing one to one support to CIPS students, also increasing pass rates.

As a Procurement Trainee Trainer what do you get out of it? Well, you'd be working for one of the top names in CIPS training.

You'd be allocated a mentor who will support and guide you through the world of apprenticeship qualifications and how best to support your students.

You'd study for professional training and assessing qualifications and have access to regular continual professional development. Once qualified and fully trained, you will then move into the role of Procurement Trainer.

Becoming a Procurement Trainee Trainer is just the first step on the career ladder for you and there is the opportunity within the apprenticeship sector to gain additional qualifications and develop your career.

A minimum CIPS level 4. You are going to be supporting CIPS students so you must have gone through the course work and understand the technicalities.

Several years' experience working in procurement. One of the best ways to explain things is to give a practical example to your learners. The only way you can do this is to have the practical experience yourself.

A genuine interest in people. You are going to have to be patient and prepared to explain things when your learners struggle to comprehend.

Good internet access and a quiet space at home where you can work undisturbed.
