Description
We're a property developer based in Rossendale specialising in the conversion of residential properties into first-class HMOs.

A vacancy has arisen for a full-time Admin Assistant to provide general support to the smooth running of the business; duties include, but not limited to:

  • supporting the sales team in generating and amending electronic floor plans (full training will be given);
- handling incoming calls/enquiries from clients;
- updating and issuing daily reports/updates to the management team;
- day-to-day admin tasks as required.

  • Sales calls to warm leads
  • Finding properties for sale that fit the correct criteria
Applicants must be experienced in using Microsoft Office products, with particular emphasis on Excel. Experience in design software would be a definite advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.


Flexibility and a can-do attitude are essential, as are organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels; an excellent telephone manner is a must as you'll be the first point of contact into the business.

There will be some sales calls involved to warm leads.

This is a full-time position with immediate start - working hours are 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday; with one hour for lunch

Salary :
up to £25,000, depending on experience
