Chubb Systems now has an opportunity for a Document Controller to join our team in Blackburn.

As Document Controller you be responsible for the timely and accurate recording of the flow of project documents and drawings and their associated transmittals in and out of the Company.

Job Description:

Download, upload and store documents and drawings following set procedures
Action requests for documentation, and print & distribute documents as necessary
Maintain digital records
Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them
Distribute documents as necessary
Copy, scan and store documents
Prepare adhoc reports as and when required

Qualifications:

Have a good level of English communication reading and writing
Possess intermediate level of computer skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
Be able to maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
Have strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Be meticulously organised and have a logical approach to your work
