We are working with an established, growing, and multifaceted business based in the West Midlands. The business holds strong core values, and pride themselves on the services and support they offer to their clients. You will be joining their organised and streamlinedfinance team as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator.
This position has an annual salary of up to £22,000.


Duties include:


  • Match cash and credit notes in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile accounts to always ensure accuracy.
  • Produce ad hoc requested reports.
  • Make sure unallocated cash and unmatched credit notes are kept to a minimum.
  • Liaise across other departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external parties.

Is this the role for you?
You must have previous experience in an Accounts Receivable team. You must be organised and able to work to and deliver on specified deadlines. You will need intermediate IT skills including the use of Excel. You will need to be able to communicate effectivelythrough a range of medias internally and externally. You must be analytically minded and a great problem solver. You must be able to work under pressure and take on challenges.
