    M&A Transactions Tax Manager - Real Estate

    Job Summary:

    This role will be perfect for someone who has exposure to deals as part of their current role and wants to specialize in M&A work, or perhaps someone already focusing on M&A tax who wants to step up in terms of level and breadth of client work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work as part of a national team, gaining exposure to a mix of UK and national clients.
    • Be involved in the full life cycle of a deal, handling due diligence, tax structuring, post-acquisition implementations, and reorganizations.
    • Handle client work across multiple sectors.
    • Contribute to business development activities across the team, working closely with other departments in the business.
    • Cultivate and develop more junior staff members across the team.

    Requirements:

    • Hold ACA/CTA qualification or equivalent.
    • Possess experience in M&A tax within the UK.
    • Have experience in Real Estate Tax.
    • Demonstrate hardworking, ambitious, and willing to learn and grow traits.
