Primary Scope and Purpose of Role
Design Integration is a cutting-edge technology company working in audio-visual communication and collaboration.
Due to an exciting period of growth, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to support our companys development.
We are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced service and technical support engineer, primarily based at our Didcot headquarters, offering Customers remote service support.
The following will be included within the overall package- Laptop, Mobile phone, all IT equipment required and tools.

Typically, the daily duties of the Universal Administrator will include:
- Create and send sales invoices to clients on schedule, obtained from our daily report, ensuring accuracy of every invoice
- Setting up clients and maintaining details within the company system Dynamics
- Sending of monthly statements to clients
- To assist with the sales ledger month end process
- Sending of client satisfaction surveys at the end of a project and monitoring feedback
- General data entry and adhoc administration duties
- Filing & Archiving (electronic and paper)
- To Provide occasional cover for answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages or transferring calls
- To provide occasional cover for greeting visitors to the company in a professional manner and ensuring the signing in process is adhered to
- Providing cover for Purchase Ledger duties, when required
- Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Adhere to policies and regulations.
- Keep abreast with all organisational changes and business developments.
- the design file repository.
- Creating design documentation as required.
- Tracking due dates in Teams and flagging upcoming items.
- Controlling the issue of all drawings.
- Printing, folding, and filing drawings for issuing according to DI standards.
- Tracking drawings and revisions and updating the drawing register as required.
- Issuing of design documentation and schedules as instructed by the project lead designer.
- Maintaining the CAD block library register.
- Maintaining the As Built drawing register.
- Maintaining the various main contractor documentation platforms (training to be provided).

- Competent with Microsoft Office 365 skills including but not limited to Sharepoint and Teams
- Good understanding of office procedures.
- Sound knowledge of using office equipment.

- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problemsolving.
- Sound understanding of inhouse management information systems.
- Be a proactive and enthusiastic team player capable of meeting deadlines and going the extra mile to ensure timely project completions.
