We're looking for a Materials Coordinator to join Kier Telecoms team based in Gloucester.

Location:
Gloucester, Gloucestershire (Flexible/Agile Working Option available for this position)

Contract:
Permanent, full time

Salary:
Up to £30k depending on experience plus benefits

Responsibilities
This role will be based in Gloucester with regular travel between depots. Basic duties include the planning of stores and materials across the 5 cities.

They also include ordering material in line with the build programme, centralised stock management, and maintaining accurate stock records on the Kier system.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Collate monthly forecasts of material requirements across all cities; ensure material ordering is in line with each forecast.
Process material requisitions and liaise with Purchasing Team for order delivery to site
Ensure all material transactions are input onto the stock management (Causeway) system
Coordinate stock take programme and investigate all gains and losses, support Depot, Plant and Stores Manager in implementing remedial action in each depot as needed.

What type of person are we looking for?
Applicants for this position should have the following skills:

Fork-lift Licence
IOSH Managing Safely Certificate
First Aid Certificate
