Duties will include but not limited to:

To ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement
To undertake planned, responsive and cyclical maintenance work, either independently under the supervision of Maintenance Manager or as assistant to a maintenance tradesman.
To undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the client.
To control and coordinate subcontractors attending PPMs and reactive tasks at the site and ensuring their adherence to policies and procedures.
To ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment and tools.
To operate at all times with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, waste disposal, etc in accordance with legislative requirements and policies and procedures.
To maintain asset histories, maintenance records and helpdesk reports, informing the Maintenance Manager or tradesman of any followup action that may be required.
To take part on an oncall rota, providing 24 hour, 365 day cover to the facilities.
To carry out winter gritting and snow clearing duties as necessary.
To report all accidents and incidents as appropriate.
To provide support and assistance to other personnel on site in the delivery of contracted services.
The postholder will be required to maintain an awareness of polices, procedures and objectives related to the successful delivery of the maintenance service.
