Gym and sports club on site Restaurant and café on site**Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking a highly motivated administrator and customer service professional, who enjoys working as part of a team in a varied role.


You will enjoy building relationships with your colleagues and external contacts, and enjoy working to specific deadlines to ensure processes are followed.

Excellent attention to detail, you will also need to be confident working with figures and numbers(although not an accounts role).


Duties:


  • Maintain a high level of administrative support to the team and business clients
  • Ensure monthly/quarterly procedures/processes are completed within the agreed timescales
  • Assisting with general queries and finance quotations
  • Providing and sending relevant finance documentation direct to customers
  • Maintain details of customers' credit limits, terms and utilisations
  • Activating contracts
  • Management of all incoming payout requests ensuring data checks and sign off fall within agreed timescale
  • Effectively manage the payout processes associated with:
  • Ensure that customers' questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly
  • Provide account statements to customers
  • Payment management, including due date, refunds & direct debit changes
  • Administer settlement & Early termination enquiries, helping to identify retention opportunities
