Wac Arts are seeking to appoint a Head of Property Management to oversee the generation of more than £1m of annual income which directly funds its work, enabling access to the arts for those that would otherwise face barriers in doing so.

This is a senior role, sitting on the organisations' management team and contributing to a period of rapid growth and the extending of this vital work across the country.

For over 40 years Wac Arts has provided 30,000 young Londoners who face the greatest barriers to participation with the opportunity to grow their skills and confidence through the performing arts.

We believe that in 2023, poverty, ethnicity, disability, and post code are still preventing young people from experiencing the arts.

The Head of Property Management is responsible for the investment in and upkeep of our Grade II listed headquarters in Belsize Park, North London.

They are a key member of the organisations' Health & Safety management.

The role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis and may require some weekend and evening work. An enhanced DBS check is required.
