    About the Role

    Join Gallagher as a Legal Counsel within our Integration Team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Gallagher group of companies across the UK and EMEA.

    Your primary responsibility will be the post-acquisition integration of businesses, while also managing legal risks related to corporate transactions and commercial arrangements.

    You will provide expert legal advice, advocate Gallagher's position to third parties, and negotiate, prepare, and review commercial agreements.

    The role can be based from our Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester or London offices.

    About You

    • Experience gained as practicing corporate and commercial contracts lawyer (in-house or private practice)
    • Experience gained within the insurance or financial services sector is highly desirable
    • Proven ability to influence stakeholders
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Commercial awareness
    • Ability to deliver under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Eligible to work in the UK
