Description

Assist with 2nd line support via a central service desk ensuring it is maintained to acceptable levels as required Assist in the delivery of community-wide IT projects by provision of knowledge, expertise and technical resource and develop ongoing support arrangements when projects become business as usual Maintain existing documentation.

This includes the creation of installation and user scripts Provides support to users when resolving issues with specialist ad hoc software.
