An exciting chapter has begun at Longbridge Deverill Nursing Home.


We are now ready to build a team of passionate and talented Care Assistants, to join our established close-knit and dedicated night team.


Further investment is going into our nursing home, to modernise the facilities, creating a fantastic environment for our residents to live in and a highly desirable place to work.


Care Assistant Contract
- £10.50 per hour (Nightshift)

  • Fulltime and parttime hours available _ hours per week)_
  • Work anything from 4 to 11 hours per day
  • Pension
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave
  • DBS paid
  • Onsite parking
  • Working long shifts?We'll provide your meal for the day, which is personally prepared by our Head Chef.


Ideally, we are looking for experienced Care Assistants, who have worked with the elderly and qualified to Level 2 NVQ Health & Social Care.


Career Development


We have a dedicated Training Manager based at our care home, who is an integral part of the team, supporting new and experienced Care Assistants achieve further qualifications.
