CIVIC supports customers to successfully implement, configure and integrate their products. We're a fully remote working company operating mainly across the UK and Greece.


Your role:


This is a role best suited to individuals that are as capable and happy working directly with customers to handle technical support queries, as they are monitoring competition, writng documentation and suggesting product features.


Due to the technical nature of our products, familiarity with or an eagerness to learn web technologies is essential to assist in product testing and help contribute to user-friendly documentation.


This role will report to the Head of Products directly and is an ideal role for junior developers and interns to start working and gaining valuable experience within a Digital Products' team.


Your responsibilities:


  • Monitoring competition and suggesting product features
  • Handling technical support tickets in English
  • Keeping up to date with marketing technology and Google products
  • Working with the development team to resolve issues
  • Writing product documentation and testing product features
  • Contributing to CIVIC's product development roadmap for new and existing products
  • Customer training

Required skills:


  • English as a native language or excellent command of the language
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, analytics and digital advertising products.
  • Familiarisation with GDPR legislation for website cookies is desirable.

Soft skills:


  • Positive attitude, politeness, and eagerness to help.
  • Selfmotivation.
  • Effective communication with both technical and nontechnical users, internally and externally.
  • Initiative to explore new technologies and offer solutions for potential future issues.
