- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately, ensuring prompt service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible serving policies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system effectively
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience, creating a lively yet professional environment
- Follow all safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Light Cleaning of customer seating area and other public area.
- Proven experience in ahospitality role, particularly as a bartender setting
- Strong knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and managing tabs accurately
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods
- Good organisational skills to keep the bar area tidy and stocked efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and friendliness
- Personal qualities such as reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
