TEMPORARY/ TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT RECEPTIONIST
FULL TIME - 40 HOURS
FLEXIBLE SHIFTS BETWEEN MONDAY TO SUNDAY
NG3- GRANTHAM
£12 PER HOUR
Responsibilities -
- Providing a warm welcome to the office, ensuring that visitors are greeted in a professional manner, and are promptly connected with whomever they have come to visit
- Arranging refreshments for visiting guests as needed
- Arranging rooms and refreshments for meetings as needed
- Providing administrative support for Meetings, ensuring that papers are collated and circulated in good time and attending the meetings to take minutes
- Provide general administrative oversight of the Office, ensuring a good supply of stationary, overseeing the working operation of office equipment
- Manage the post system, ensuring that incoming mail and deliveries reach their required recipient in good time (distributing mail and parcels throughout as necessary), and that outgoing mail is franked and ready for collection
- Arrange taxis and couriers
- Be the point person for IT subcontractor, ensuring that they remain well apprised of any starters or leavers, and that the phone and IT provision is kept in keeping with the team's needs
- Support line managers with the basic on boarding and orientation of new staff members
Skills/ Attributes -
- A confident personality, with good interpersonal skills
- A capable multitasker, able to handle multiple competing priorities
- A strong communicator, with good written and verbal skills
- Good with IT, able to handle basic software packages
- Highly organised, and able to stay calm amidst a frenetic workplace
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Salary:
£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
