Part Time Lettings Negotiator - Burnham On Sea, North Somerset - Permanent
Acorn is currently recruiting for a permanent part time Lettings Negotiator in Burnham On Sea.

Role responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that compliance and legislation is being adhered to
  • You will also be required to accompany potential tenants on viewings and make preplanned inspections on behalf of Landlords
Previous Lettings experience is desirable, and a full driving licence is essential.

Hours:

  • 3 days a week between Monday and Friday
  • 8:30am to 5:30am
  • 9am 1pm every other Saturday

Salary:

- £21,00 - £22,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience

  • A share of the team bonus scheme
