Superior Healthcare is excited to announce the opening of our new Sussex office and we're looking for experienced and dedicated Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and RGN's to join our team.


We take immense pride in offering a diverse array of care settings, including nursing and residential care homes, supported living environments, and learning disability placements, ensuring a wide range of fulfilling opportunities in Brighton and the neighbouring towns and villages in Sussex.

Our competitive pay rates, ranging from
£11.00 to £24.20 per hour, also include holiday pay, ensuring you're rewarded fairly for your dedication

Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional personal care and dedicated support to our valued clients.
  • Implement personalised care plans and thorough risk assessments to meet each client's specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records for seamless care and efficient communication.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and our esteemed healthcare professionals.

Your Qualifications:


  • Experience as a paid carer or HCA for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Commitment to a minimum of 24 hours of work per week, reflecting your passion for making a difference.
  • Access to your own vehicle and a full Driving License.
