Description
The responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator will include but not limited to:
- Work collaboratively across the business and with the Logistics team to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
- Ensure that company standards for Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service are maintained in all customer interactions
- Complete day to day administrative tasks
Profile
- Ideally experience as a Customer Service Coordinator
- Ideally from a Logistics and Technology background
- Effective in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
Job Offer
What the client is offering:
- Salary on offer is £28k£30k
- 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
- Flexible Environment
