Strategic Workforce Lead - London, United Kingdom - NHS England
Description
We are looking for a Strategic Workforce Lead where the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service, supporting managers and staff across the New Hospital Programme (NHP).
The post holder will define objectives and deliver key outcomes within the NHP workforce workstream, facilitating discussions, advising colleagues on best practice in defining future processes, documenting the agreement of these processes and overseeing their delivery.
The role will cover:
Workforce redesign - working with our Senior Redesign Workforce Manager to research and identify new ways of working across our new hospitals, considering new roles, upskilling and the impact of digital technology on the workforce and identifying training opportunities to support move to new ways of working in a new building safely.

Salary Progression
Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 8b with a full-time starting salary of £58,972, with a pay step increase after 5 years' service.
