Watersports Team Leader
About the Role:
Wirral Leisure Services are seeking to recruit a Watersports Team Leader to operate from West Kirby marine lake.
You will be responsible for the management and recruitment of all staff, the quality customer journey/experience, along with the efficient and effective financial management of the facility.
In addition, you will act as the Senior Instructor/Instructor/Principal Officer in the operational management of all activities associated with the Wirral Watersports Centre.
