Cover Supervisors are needed

Step by Step is currently looking for an enthusiastic
Cover Supervisor to join our team of supply Cover Supervisors that live in Preston and the surrounding areas.

A background or degree in science, English, TEFL, or sports would be beneficial but not essential.

Step by Step Education is one of the leading Education recruitment agencies in the North West. We pride ourselves on providing our Teaching Assistants with a service which is second to none.

We are looking for Cover Supervisors who can:

Deliver pre-planned lessons
Use provided resources to encourage learning
Manage the behaviour within the classroom
Develop independent study skills and peer learning
Offer pastoral and learning support
Provide handover back to the teacher
Working in schools or colleges
Sports coaching
Youth work
Drama Workshop/drama school/theatre in education
Art workshop
Teaching children or leading children's clubs in community groups or places of worship
Breakfast clubs/After school club
Summer Camps/PGL
Scouts/Guides/Brownies/Cubs
Outdoor activities instructor/Duke of Edinburgh/Orienteering with young people
