Futures Recruitment are working alongside our client who represent a host of leading franchises in the automotive sector in Sussex, we are searching for an Aftersales Manager to join their professional team.


The After Sales Manager role:

  • Provide a vibrant and high value customer experience.
  • Bring along an entrepreneurial 'selling' approach to Aftersales Retailing.
  • Be willing to embrace digital lead management, technology, and opportunities.
  • Be able to coach your advisors re: diary management, general CRM and selling.
  • Have an ability to execute a highly efficient EVHC Video processes.
  • Ensure motivated workshop colleagues are able to deliver 85% + PE.
  • Embrace a 'one company' approach with the excellent management team.

As the After Sales Manager, you will need:

  • Experience in delivering the very best customer service.
  • A clear vision to run a professional after sales business.
  • Ability and experience to motivate a busy team of Technicians.
  • Understand the changes within aftersales retailing.
  • Leadership ability to inspire and empower in a nonautocratic way
