An amazing new opportunity has become available to join the Portico front of house team as a Ground Floor Receptionist based at site consisting of 3 multi-occupied buildings in the Kings Cross area.

The small and friendly team based at the site are brand new to Portico, and we are looking for a confident and energetic Receptionist to join them.

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors. Meeting, greeting, and welcoming them into the building, and dealing with any queries they may have along the way.

But the perfect balance of social, admin and creative tasks as a receptionist in this wonderful new team, means we really need someone with a great combination of skills in those areas.

The Reception team are the glue that binds the site's community together.

So, liaising with different in-house departments is essential, building excellent working relationships with them to ensure that the overall service provided on the site is nothing short of exceptional.

This role would be fitting for someone who is a confident communicator with knowledge of exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

An enthusiastic attitude, proactive mindset, and keen eye for detail are essential to prosper in this role. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer facing role, preferably within a corporate or hospitality setting.

Shift pattern:
