    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team in the US and Canadian regions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in North American payroll and benefits administration, with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Payroll Administration: Manage bi-weekly payroll for US and Canadian employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing, adherence to company policies, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
    • Employee Deductions and Payments: Calculate and process employee deductions, bonuses, and overtime payments, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Payroll Reports and Statements: Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements to employees and management, fostering transparency and trust.
    • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filing of payroll taxes and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in the US and Canada.
    • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and other company-provided benefits for US and Canadian employees.
    • Open Enrolment and Benefits Selection: Coordinate open enrolment processes and assist employees with benefits selection and enrolment, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
    • Benefits Inquiries and Claim Resolution: Manage benefits-related inquiries from employees and provide assistance with claim resolution, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
    • Benefits Records and Compliance: Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, and Canadian benefits regulations.
    • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations in the US and Canada, preparing and filing required reports, such as quarterly and annual tax filings and benefits compliance reports.

    Work Arrangements:

    We offer a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, based in the City of London location.
