About this role
Do you have a Marketing and Advertising background? Do you want to be responsible for the execution of memorable & impactful campaigns? Do want to work with an exciting, creative and innovative team with the opportunity influence big campaigns?

You will work alongside our marketing agency and in-house studio to deliver exciting, stand out creative that delivers against the business objectives whilst working collaboratively with the wider marketing team to plan and execute against our media deliverables.

What you'll do

Support the campaign lead to deliver impactful and effective multichannel campaigns, with relentless focus on excellence and attention to detail.
Have the ability to lead on campaigns and manage your own workload
Work with our lead advertising agency and internal teams to execute & deliver campaigns, including social, digital, press, out of home & radio from briefing, delivering creative feedback and leading on key stakeholder & legal approval.
Creating and owning marketing presentations, supporting the marketing channel owners on campaigns, and practice crossteam working to ensure the campaign is strong across all channels.
Work with Colleague Communications to launch the campaign with our colleagues.
Measure the success of our creative and share learnings so all campaigns perform successfully.

How you'll do it

Knowledge & Experience:

Marketing experience ideal either within a marketing team client side, or marketing agency background
Previous campaign management is ideal
Working on marketing campaigns within a fast paced environment

Freedom to Think and Act & Communication Skills

This role requires you to take full accountability of your workload so proactivity, project management and great communication skills are key.
This is a fast paced role where you'll need to be agile and think on your feet, with the support of the team, so clear communication and a cando attitude are essential, as well as the ability to prioritise your workload
