Faith Property Services are currently seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.

We are a building and property maintenance company supplying a range of services to clients, working on jobs of all sizes across the region.

As a Maintenance Operative you will be expected to provide high quality work to service our maintenance contracts with various letting agencies, housing associations and other commercial clients in the local area, ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule.

• Locksmithing
• Electrical Works
• Painting & Decorating
• Glazing
• Be hardworking with an eye for detail.
• Be selfmotivated and capable of managing their own work schedule effectively.
• Have a flexible approach and be willing to use their initiative to provide effective solutions to a series of different challenges.
• Be able to follow instructions.
• Take pride in delivering a high standard of work.
• Be safety conscious and always ensure that health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
• Be professional and courteous around customers and colleagues.
• Be willing and able to assist the team on major projects when required.
• Have a valid UK driving licence.

Job Particulars:

• Place of work
• Based out of Evesham head office, working on location across the region. You will need a valid UK driving licence in order to access customer sites. Please be aware that for many assignments you will be working alone on a customer site.

• Salary

• Negotiable according to individual experience (meets NMW requirements).
• Holiday 20 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays (pro rata for parttime employees).
