Client Support Executive

Looking to kick-start your career within a financial services organisation? Do you have excellent communication skill and building relationships comes naturally to you? Are you looking to progress quickly, and gain exposure to a variety of skills? Areyou currently working in a back office function, and looking to become more client facing?

This is what you'll be doing

  • Understand the client's business and surety needs and support delivering those needs
  • Support the creation of presentations
  • Keep track of upcoming renewals
  • Preparation of documentation
  • Input data into the database accurately
  • Perform quality control checks
  • Liaise with compliance to ensure all procedures are followed

The experience you'll bring to the team

  • A degree level education
  • Experience in a customer or client facing role
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ambition
  • Strong communication skills
