Description

This position is key to operational success and is required to strengthen the relationship between the client and
Securitas.

You will provide a central point of contact for all Security staff and the client, fully demonstrating the
Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.

- **Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off**:

06:00-18:00:

SIA Essential:

Minimum 8 years Security industry experience

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensure all staff have undertaken the appropriate training and are in possession of a valid SIA licence
Accurate planning of all officers shifts to ensure full staff coverage
Ensure all assignment instructions are actioned and site documentation is kept legible and up to date
Assist the security management in developing and sharing "best practices" and use of systems and tools to improve service effectiveness
Participate in any arrange training to improve standards and company performance
Be the first point of contact on shift for all securityrelated queries
Any other duties as directed by the Deputy Branch Manager

Essential Skills:

Essentials:

8 years minimum previous security experience
Access control experience
Right to Work in the UK
Good standard IT skills
Ability to work under own initiative
Customer service experience
Good organisational skills
Ability to prioritise
Strong written and verbal communication
