Description
Excellent opportunity to join a market-leading, pan-European Real Estate investment manager as Fund Finance Associate Director. The business has worked across over 10 funds with total investments of nearly £25bn. You would be joining the fund finance teamat their headquarters in London.


Reporting to the Fund Finance Director you will also be working alongside the Portfolio and Asset Management teams as you work throughout the life of an investment from cradle to grave.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the financial aspects of one or more real estate private equity funds.
  • Be involved in the execution and onboarding of real estate deals, from a finance perspective, including understanding the accounting treatment for real estate SPV and asset level deals.
  • Oversight of the external fund administrators, and management of capital call notices and distribution notices to investors, cash and liquidity management, quarterly and annual reports, annual audited financial statements.
  • Lead the team in communicating fund level forecasts returns and cash flow projections.
  • Manage the coordination of the yearend group audit process.

Key Requirements:

  • ACCA/CA Qualified Accountant, or equivalent
  • Must have real estate experience
  • Proven ability and experience managing teams
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of accounting fundamentals and regulations
  • Skilled in Excel with confidence in using advanced formula
  • Fluency in a second language advantageous but not essential
