Hours: 40 (Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 5:15, Friday 8:30 - 4:00)

Salary:
£22,500 Per Annum

  • As the first point of contact for our esteemed customers, you will play a pivotal role in understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. Your exceptional communication skills and commitment to outstanding customer service will allow you to take ownership of any form of customer contact e.g. incidents, complaints, service requests etc. and actioning them in the most effective manner possible, You will be continually evaluating service offerings to customers along with working collaboratively with, and providing support to, other departments.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent customer service at all times

  • To build close working relationships with all areas of the business
  • Complete company paperwork accurately and promptly in line with company procedures
  • Daily use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and other MS Packages
  • ABOUT YOU
Previous experience working in customer service roles would preferable however not a necessity
Effective communication skills across all levels

  • IT Literate with experience using Microsoft Packages specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
  • A gogetter attitude, backed by enthusiasm and motivation
  • Exceptional organisational capabilities and the skill to manage priorities
  • A customerfirst mindset, ensuring enriched experiences and building lasting relationships

  • Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
