BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


We are currently recruiting for a pro-active and focused part-time Business Development Manager for small charity to support them with an exciting new project.

After receiving significant funding from a government grant this charity is sharing a brilliante-learning platform with SME's and needs your help to drive the success of this product launch and acquisition of new members.


WHO ARE YOU?


You don't need to have worked in a charity before, you just need to be great at selling, lead generation, and/or b2b product marketing.

You will excel at quickly building relationships and like driving towards targets, enjoying a fast-paced role with a varietyof activities.

You're someone with strong self-direction who leads conversations, explores new frontiers, can manage multiple priorities, and takes the initiative.


WHAT WILL THE ROLE LOOK LIKE?


This is a 2 year fixed term post until March 2025 where you will be required for 3 days/21 per hours per week.

This role can be remote/home or office based. We anticipate semi-frequent travel to Birmingham and Manchester will be required, for which expensesare paid.

You will be primarily focused on driving sign-ups to a free SME-specific e-learning platform, working with autonomy to ensure the successful delivery, and longevity of this product.


WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR NEW ROLE?


You will need strong experience in sales or another lead generation/acquisition role combined with experience of generating and building a solid pipeline of leads from scratch.

You will have proven experience of personally exceeding delivering against challengingtargets. You will have worked with experienced stakeholders and be able create and measure KPI's. It is likely that you will have also experienced building commercial partnerships including researching, pitching, negotiation and closing.
