Description
Customer Resolution Officer required to join a housing provider based in Kent.


As Customer Resolution Officer you will be responsible for providing an exceptional service to the organisations current customers in relation to Repairs and Housing enquiries.

Ensuring all queries are dealt with in a time effective manner with excellent results, this could include liaising with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all residents
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in order to resolve all enquiries raised, effectively communicating with the complainant the whole way through
  • Investigate and respond to customer feedback and complaints with compassion and impartiality
  • Take ownership of all customer enquiries from start to finish, including resolution, updating and getting back to customer, to increase satisfaction with customers being kept informed
  • Collect customer satisfaction data and contact information to support the businesses management of data and to improve customer service
  • Administrate key customer procedures including ASB and complaints
  • Meet contact management and call handling targets

Skills Required:

  • Experience of working in a Customer Service role within a Social Housing/Repairs environment
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and challenging atmosphere
