Registered Nurse (RGN)
Location - Bromsgrove, Birmingham
Setting - Care Home
Salary - £ £22.00 Per Hour
Shifts - Day Shifts Rota (8am - 8pm)

The client is a 31 bedded service specialising in care for older residents with dementia and additional physical disabilities. It provides excellent care and has bespoke in-house training for all its staff. In addition to all this there are great benefits providedto all nursing staff, such as;

Key Duties

  • Looking after health needs of residents and performing relevant clinical skills, e.g.
  • Medication Administration, Physical Observations, Care Planning.
  • Working with the management team as to adhere to NMC guidance within the care environment.
  • Assess individual residents needs and appropriately plan to suit these needs.
  • Delegating tasks when needed and managing work load effectively throughout the day.

We are looking for a skilled nurse who is confident in delivering a high standard of care of our residents.

We need someone who is able to work within a team as well as have the initiative to problem solve on an individual basis.

Making sure that this individualis punctual and committed to their work is key to success within this role.
