If you are a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker who is looking to work in Bristol, South Gloucestershire or North Somerset, then we have an exciting opportunity for you Come and join Sirona care & health Bank Team and help us make a real difference to peoples lives.

We are looking for Rehabilitation Support Workers to underpin these services, in close collaboration with colleagues from social care, primary care, care home providers and our Integrated Care Board (ICB) and really make a difference for these service users and their families.

We have full and part time hours available and can support flexible working patterns
- this service operates seven days a week.
