Zachary Daniels are partnering with a 50 year old UK Retailer who are well established in their part of the market.

They are the 'go to' for their product across apparel, accessories & footwear.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage the delivery schedule and critical path with the support of an MAA and the Buying team
You will work closely with your Merchandiser to ensure that there is enough stock in the business to drive sales
You will proactively work with your Merchandiser to de-risk any issues around cover and deliveries into the business
Maintain the planning calendar including the management of brochure checks vs the system
Review seasonal coding and mark down actions
You will review sizing curves and size ratios placed on new buys and repeats

You will be accountable for Monday Trade notes, and will be confident at presenting weekly sales back to your department.

You will want to start presenting any key findings or trading actions that you think the department should take
Showing real commercial passion towards trading product
You will be responsible for keeping the range plan up to date
Assist with stock actions such as store transfers and the releasing of goods when in stock at the DC
Trade packs, lessons learnt and Best and Worst packs will be your responsibility
You will support your merchandiser on updating actualised sales & stocks
Proactively want to learn more about OTB and WSSI reviews
Manage and mentor junior members of the team, ensuring that they are on top of their work load

You will be:
Established user of Excel
Experience with data analytics
A MAA or AM already
Confident and clear communicator
Adaptable to new ad hoc work load
Have high attention to details
