My client is recruiting for a hardworking and committed Management Information (MI) & Data Officer based at a company around the Barrow-in-Furness area.
This is a Part-time Permanent opportunity to start ASAP and it will be working 22.5 hours per week. (They can be flexible with the working hours/days and there is a possibility of Hybrid working).Salary:
£22,147.22 per annum, pro rata
To be considered YOU MUST:
- Have experience analysing and compiling data using CRM/IM systems
- Experience using Salesforce and Excel
- Strong digital skills
- Strong customer service skills
Purpose of the role:
- Working as part of a Green Doctor energy advice team, you will support the financial and contractual delivery of the project, funded by Westmorland & Furness Council.
- The post holder will be responsible for compiling and processing of all claims related. documentation and activities and working with the Project Manager on claim submissions to our Funder. This will include the collection, collation and processing of financial documentation, including invoices, timesheets, etc to ensure compliance with agreed Programme standards.
- Responsible for a range of administrative and financial tasks including reconciling historic funding claims, the post holder will be required to work proactively with Prime funding organisations, ensuring achievement of funding deadlines and a high level of accuracy and quality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop sound understanding of all programme funding guidelines and contractual compliance to manage effective claim processing and submissions deadlines.
- Collection of funding documentation, identify and ensure errors are rectified and making ultimate decision that this is compliant prior to submission.
- Update internal and external information database with submission information
- Maintain and monitor security and integrity of all customer data.
- Update and maintain an internal customer information database which will be utilised to manage current and historical data.
- Organise, update and manage a comprehensive archiving process in line with Prime funders' requirements.
- Develop professional and working relationships with key staff within the Prime funders' organisation in relation to MI and Compliance.
- Liaise with Prime Funders on invoicing for timely payments to ensure income is reported and correct.
- Create, manage and maintain financial data for income and expenditure for all projects on a month basis and report on budget anomalies to the Project Manager.
- Responsible for project petty cash issuing and reconciliation in line with Trust financial procedures.
