If so, working with the Salford Home Based Treatment Team would be the place for you There are significant developments within mental health services, and we feel this is the perfect opportunity to join the excitement of these developing services....
An opportunity has arisen for a 2 Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers or Occupational Therapists to join us in supporting individuals in acute mental health crisis at home, as well as supporting their loved ones during this time.
We would also consider supporting preceptees at a Band 5 level to meet a number of competencies and achieve a substansive Band 6 role over a 12 month period.
Staff wellbeing and development is paramount - full supernumery induction is provided for the first 4 weeks in post.
You would be supported with your professional development as part of your appraisal, and regular 1:1 supervision is offered as standard.
