Our client are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to work for an excellent company based in Central Cambridge.

It's a great opportunity to join a fantastic company who are looking to grow the team.

The role is a full-time permanent position and would be working on a hybrid with just 2 days a week in the office.

Typical duties include:

Ensuring that all customer queries are effectively resolved
Contacting customers to update them on their orders
Administrative duties centred around the processing of orders
Offering recommendations and product alternatives to established customers when required
Accurate data entry into the salesforce system
Written and spoken fluency in German
Experience in a customer orientated position
Good problemsolving skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Techsavvy & proficient with MS Office products
